    Make sure to create a good security question also, hackers can't make changes to your account with knowing the answer ;)

    We are aware of the issue and are working the resolve the issue with remote upload from FilePost

    I am a premium lifetime user. I have paid to get a lifetime account.
    For several weeks, my account does not work.
    I have opened 5 tikcets with filesonic without any reply from any kind.

    The chat function on filesonic.com has never worked. I have tried 100s of times
    and everytime the same message: Nobody is available to chat, send a request.

    I have no idea why my account does not work.
    I want explanations, I want it to work again right now.
    I am about to call paypal and VISA to get my money back because every day make
    it look much more like a robbery.

    The problem is I always get the same message. I am sure this is the correct email.
    Everytime I open a new ticket, I get an acknowledge with a ticket number and a link referring
    to the same url you gave to me:


    No user found with such email.

    I am very frustrated and disappointed about Filesonic customer service.

    My account has been suspended for account sharing ????.
    I have never shared my account with anyone.
    Customer service replies are absolutely not constructive.
    I have had to wait a week to get a replY even if the filesonic webiste itself
    mentions an answer within 24hours.

    I have no explanations, I have had no warning, I only have add threats that if
    it happens again, my account will be closed.

    I WANT explanations, I WANT to know what happened.
    You cannot decide to close an account and let people without any explanations,
    excuses, or any kind of worry.
    I have lost hours trying to understand what happened, hours waiting for a reply,
    hours trying to find a solution for my business.

    This is not an acceptable and professional behaviour.

    Remember - the security of your account is your responsibility! Set a unique, secure password that is letters & numbers and a security question to avoid this!

    My password is extremly secure. If my account has been "hacked" as you say, this is that YOUR system is not secure enough.
    2nd point, I have asked several times with tickets to get access to my 2 free 1 month voucher withouy any reply.

    I do not know. My friend tried purchase premium from my site, it got that error twice. An hour later he tried again, payment was successful, but I didn't got sale count. So i opened affiliate ticket and you told me that sales are counting correctly and everything is fine... I think there could be card proccessor's problem, you should take a serious look into it, because i think that I lost some sales, other users too.
