what niche and keywords(top 5) did it rank for? how old of a domain is it? what is the current traffic? what is the current backlink count? how many pages were indexed? was the site html, css, php or a blog like wordpress? is the pr4 still valid? someone here recently sold a domain that was supposed to be a PR2. but Goog had dropped it to PR0, do you guarantee the PR4 to be valid when it changes owners? is it still live hosted?

hi mate all these are the due diligince you need to do anyway even if I answer them all.One thing important though no one can guarantee that PR will remain the same,it will be up to how you handle the domain once you have it.

if i were trying to sell something i would do what it takes to add value, and since you have not done that

all potential buyers including myself, can only believe that

    you don't know...or you don't care

which makes everyone think very negative thoughts....hope your sale works for you

someone here recently sold a domain that was supposed to be a PR2. but Goog had dropped it to PR0, do you guarantee the PR4 to be valid when it changes owners? No,noone can do that.

Unfortunately, not knowing the keywords that gave it the rank, means the new owner is shooting in the dark. which means the PR4 is pretty much going to disappear no matter what the new owner does...which means that your advertising that it is a PR4 is a little deceptive since the new owner will be 'flying blind' and his new PR will be ZERO (0)

as to your 'only selling a domain' it was listed under sites, whether you did that or digital point did that who knows...but the reality is that what any potential buyer is bidding on is a 'nonsensical domain name' ...NOTHING else... they can get that for $1.99 new registration with yahoo small business

as to not knowing whether or not the PR will be there upon completion of the sale...I've bought 2 domains here and both of them retained their PR....simply because they were still live sites and the previous owners helped with a expeditious transfer including the sites

i saw that you placed a word press place holder on the hosting...

hope your sale works for you

hi dagroup I have been buying and selling aged domains with pagerank for a while now and I have actually a mini network of aged domains with mainly PR4s sımilar to what I sell here and none of them has lost their pageranks, does that mean they will never lose I would not know, they are like any other site but the fact is they have the pagerank and it is not that simple it will just go away. Thanks for your input anyway I hope you will find what you are looking for.Regards
