Well, I'd applied Axact almost 4 weeks ago on 7 various featured jobs online at their website. Now, one ov which status has turned to "Short listed (initially)" around 2 weeks ago. but, still I didn't get any reply or call from them. What does it mean

Plus, is there anyway thru which I can contact them and ask them about my status.

BTW, how much old are you there and in which department are you?
