    Hey there,
I have seen growing interest in the my space websites, you know the ones supplying my space generators and profile gif images then plagued with google adsence. Now.... Im just wondering.. What sort of copyright is on these scripts and on the images, for example lets say winnie the pooh, there using winnie the pooh on there website surely thats copyrighted by Disney ect..

    Please let me know,

    Jorik

It does, but there is a HIGH improbability of a lawsuit for it. It's common usage and worst comes to worst you can just take it down.

dropping pooh would ruin your myspace account, though.

    yes it is illeagal.

look at http://www.freeweblayouts.net/ they're a massive site, making masses of money....using masses of copyright imagery.

i don't think anyone cares, its promotion for the artist
