There are a number of tools that create websites for you, perhaps you should look at website templates where you can just edit the content?

Yes, if no design experience use templates and modify using CSS/Fireworks/Photoshop etc to suit...open with text editor or Dreamweaver. Good luck

There a number of tools you can find for the purpose. However, I would suggest you to go for Dreamweaver

Better solution is site builders or Dreamweaver. If you want to make a powerful website i think self WordPress will be the good solution.

wordpress/joomla/drupal/phpbb/zencart/oscommerce all great free solutions that don't really require any programming knowledge (they are usually very easy to install). It also depends what kind of website you are trying to make. You can also add themes or ad dons to customize your website to your needs.

Before starting a website, website's maker should know about html and it is good that you know html. Now you can use dreamwaver, css editor and firebug for website design and w3schools will help you to increase website design knowledge.

I dont recommend using a website editor (like Dreamweaver) in your early learning time... You should start learning HTML, then CSS, then MySQL and then PHP.

    Hi,

If you are only seeking to create website easily and quicky, the best way is to use Content Management System(CMS) like WordPress/Joomla.

Depending on your hosting client, you are able to do a quick installation. I believe this is one of the fastest method to get a website up.

However, if you want to start from scratch and looking to improve on your coding skills, you should learn more about HTML, PHP, CSS, etc.

Let me know if you have further enquiries or PM me if you need more specified help.

    Chris

Expanding on what Chris said, if you don't have any knowledge of Photoshop/ Dreamweaver, try a CMS solution. The most popular ones are Wordpress and Joomla (Drupal is also popular but requires some programming skills). You can use free templates or buy premium ones, then adapt them to what ever your needs are.
