    I have been scammed by user "log" from India(or Indonesia) - sorry, this cant be called misunderstanding, or unwanted fail. He has about 5+ different emails with different names, from which he ususally replies, if he does.

    He has sold me a this site (as he confirmed above) by PM, selebsexy.info

    He has never game me a FTP access to that site, so i cant logically use it. It has been 2 months from sale as u can see above and he still refuses to do it, and he refuses to give me my money back. Which is only possible solution for me right now, because .. traffic (read following).
    He has never gave me hosting access.
    Site reaches at most 25 % of him advertised traffic (as he posted above).

    It has costed me totally 60 dollars for the site, and then he tricked me to pay him another 5 dollars for hosting and another 10 dollars total = because currency changes and paypal transfer fees.
    He gave me only control of the domain through goddady.com push and access to wordpress admin, where i installed my own google analytics track urchin so i have traffic stats.

    He only takes advantage of that he has already some positive itraders. Its logical if i give him negative itrader, he gives me negative too as pay back, so my account will be uselles here. (i dont have any itraders yet)

    Moderators can't get involved in disputes. There are "real world" actions you can take. Posting the Private Messages might be useful.

    sarahk: I believe, but what kind of real world actions do you exactly mean? How would you sue scammer from Indonesia if u were from Central Europe. I have already sent PMs to moderators, just waiting for replies.
    I'm doing this not only to get justice for me, but also to protect other users around here. I'm gonna ruin that scammer's every new thread or auction if he won't take actions, i require above.

    When you went ahead with the deal you knew the risk you were taking and a bit of research would have shown that there is nothing the mods can do to put things right. Escrow services exist or you could just choose not to do business with him.

    Sorry but i dont agree with you. I didnt knew, i was newbie and i have registered just to buy that page which was first action i took over here :-( i know escrow now, but i have taken knowledge of that service some days after.

    This is like you were telling me you agree with his behavior or support scammers. I trade sites at local czech forums and there are no such a scammers and things like escrow are just not necessary here. Thats what was my wisdom before i came to this place with good belief.

    We don't support scammers but how do I know you aren't a competitor who has created a duplicate account and is crying foul in order to destroy his reputation?
    As unpaid moderators we don't have the resources to explore every option and take appropriate action - unless, ofcourse, you expect me to refund you from my person account?

    I understand you and i was already thinking about it before posting, be sure. So no offense for my previous post, if u felt it like that.
    That's why i give u straight access to all resources here - above here ; and tomorrow (its 00:04 here) i publish all PMs at some site and link it here. And thats why i care about obeying all the rules from my side.
    First i tried to solve the problem with the seller. No success, total ignorance from his side, as you can see also here. I asked moderators for opening thread, now i m publishing all the info and proves.

    I cant just throw away 70 dollars. Could anyone do it?

    I never asked you to refund from your account, arent i? I even didnt know, you were from moderators group. So pls try to understand from my side.
    If you let him around here, he probably will scam more unexperienced users. So i hope its for good of everyone. You can just ask seller about anything, i m really curious about his replies..

    And i could give him or still i can give him deserved negative iTrader, but what do you expect, if he just makes same (payback?), it will destroy all my future business around here.
