Hello admin Hish, I have a question.
Is there a way to cancel my mission?
I accidentally click the activate button but didn't change the level, which I cant maximize the bonus.
Can I cancel it?

same thing with me. when i select files and click on move a pop up shows saying internal error... so i select the files again and click on move and the same error again. after a few tries ( between around 5 and 10 tries) the files moves correctly. this problem is not new. as far that i can remember i have this problem. i never complain because i hate members who always do so. like i said it works but it takes a lot of tries.

All sales are counted no matter the file size including less than 1 MB

Hi Hish and Filesonic Support Team,

My ticket is #210874 (submitted on 12 Jan 2012).

Almost more than 15,000 files deleted (digital fingerprint deleted accidentally?) on 12 Jan 2012.

Appreciate if you could kindly look into this matter and expedite the recovery of the files.

All my uploaded files are on the root folder now, I select all of them and try to move them to an old created folder. I click "Move" button, the root folder now is empty. Then I click "My Files" to check it. But all the files I moved just now appear on the root folder again.

New problem occur, when I select all the files at FM, the url links didn't appear.

Just signed up, hoping to earn with you guys. Not really sure how to promote, but i'm sure there's some good ways.

 

no need anymore to open an affiliate ticket because i have found that my problem was on my side ( from the router speed,when i connected on direct line speeds was back to normal )
the ftp server was on EU location
