Using the US army as mercenary force and the government attitude of lack of respect for other nations is even influencing the soldiers on the ground and their actions.
What's worse, killing them or pissing on them. Anyway I heard they used bladders of Iranian supplied piss. Another provocation by that insane nation.
Where is that quote of yours, "I am not Anti-American". LoL. I think the words you meant to use was lucid. Here is a question for you Bobo. When two Aussies fraudulently rip off a poor Panamanian farmer by representing the sale of his land to a local buyer, but fraudulently pass only 10% of the proceeds on, pocketing 90% for themselves, is that another provocation by an insane nation, or just a couple of assholes who happen to be Aussies? Perhaps this is a better example. When an Ausslie takes the time to cite every news story which directly(and sometimes very indirectly) references America as an example of how America is evil, in decline, and a horrible place to live, could one safely say that Australia hates America, or would one be more accurate in saying that the actions of one idiot do not represent the views of a nation? No need to respond, as I doubt you'll come up with the right answer because you are the guy from the second example.
You take young men and put them into a foreign land where they are subjected to combat stress day in and day out.If they are not monitered correctly they will turn into animals.I blame their officers. Just as not all Muslims should be blamed when a fanatic straps a bomb belt to his waist and blows up women and children in a marketplace, the whole U.S. Marine Corps should not be blamed for the actions of a few.(4) This was a dishonourable act...let us all come together as human beings and agree on that.
Killing is part of a war, you can argue if a war is just or not. When soldiers start to act like this, it is a sign of break down of moral fabric of the army and the nation.
Did you just make a morality complaint? Next you'll be complaining about the number of American women who don't cover their hair in public. Its a PR problem created by some poorly educated enlisted men. It speaks to the general state of American moral fabric no more or less than crossdressers speak to Quebecois moral fabric, and probably less.
The problem is that when you speak about poorly educated then you are speaking about the majority of Americans. Combine that with neo-con ideas of removing humanity and decency from moral fabric of the society by removing any sympathy for other human beings and you will have the present situation.
I'm also talking about the majority of Canadians. And Brits. And Aussies. By your logic, since the majority of Canadians are uneducated, the nation must be in decline! Hell, some people manage to attain higher education and still embrace dead and dis-proven ideologies /cough Karl Marx. Next you'll be claiming that, because there are criminals in America, America is a nation of criminals, or perhaps a criminal nation, or perhaps lacking it's "Moral" fabric. Wait, you already did .
Instead, they should display their heads on poles or burn their bodies and hang them on the streets for display like they do. There. That's better. Then, again, the people in those countries do such a great job policing themselves, and the Taliban are such wonderful people, maybe we should just let them be. It's worked out so well for them in the past. Hasn't it?
You are such a nice person, supporting police hitting defenseless person, soldiers urinating on dead fighters. I am sure the day the neo-cons start their official brown shirt brigade, you will be one of the first persons they will ask to join. After all most normal human beings are not capable of doing things that you support.
@gworld, Funny when you are confronted with intelligent thought, the best you can muster is attacking the poster. If you can't discuss things intelligently, there's always the Cartoon Channel for you to watch. Go there.
When did you have an intelligent thought??? It seems all posters in this forum have missed it if you had one.
Hey twit - I said "Anyway I heard they used bladders of Iranian supplied piss. Another provocation by that insane nation." Where is the mention of America? I was taking your line of "Iran is evil"
Your post alleges the US soldiers used Iranian urine, and then says, "Another provocation by that insane nation", without specifying US or Iran. I think most readers would think you meant the US, not Iran. Dissecting it to understand it really takes the humor out of it, doesn't it.
Actually this process started about 20 years ago. Having a democrat or a total ass like Bush can speed up or slow the process but it is the same sh*t anyway.
Now let's see. In a thread about Americans pissing on the bodies of dead Taliban you have made several posts consisting of: You have bought up Australia, Panama, Britain, Canada, Quebec Mentioned crossdressers, anti-Americianism, Public Relation problems Made up stories about farmers, women not covering their hair, questioned someone's morality. Why don't you simply man up like Hilary Clinton and say "It happened, it's not good." Now why don't you just agree with Spoiltdiva and admit that the action was a dishonourable act.
Ah. So assuming you're not lying out of your ass again, we should blame President Clinton. But isn't the present Commander-in-Chief responsible for the actions of his troops? Or would you like to weasel and lie your way out of that, too?
