Hey guys, I'm wondering if Google banned my site because I have checked my keywords ranking using rank tracker.. I was shocked when my keywords was no longer ranking in Google (Not in top 500). My question is: If Google banned my site, how long will Google ban my site? Please help.. Thanks in advance. Regards, Matt Baker
Check your site if it still show when you type site:yoursite.com in Google. If it is now showing, then it's time for you to move on.
If it's the one in your signature, they haven't banned you. You're probably dancing around right now. Just keep adding fresh, unique, relevant content and slowly and naturally keep building your backlinks.
I see, maybe your rankings are still dancing in Google Serps. Have you just recently built some backlinks? Wait for a couple of days or update your site with a new fresh content. It will get back immediately.
That link on my signature is not the one I'm talking about, I have 20 domains . But I'm really worried about this one because it is 14 years old and already gaining PR.
How about its entire traffic, does it doesn't gaining organic traffic now? If only just in few keywords, it is more likely due to fluctuation in rankings resulted by algorithm update.
HI it depends why the site is banned, if its hit by panda then its very hard to recover, wait for some time, analyze the site and then find out the reason .
I think this is some other problem. Can you send some more information like your domain name, Keyword, and Date when you lost your rank. I will try to find real problem.
its google dance.... you will continue to do link building work and inform to webmaster via google webmaster tool... its comeback with in week... dont worry....
As you said, your pages are showing up this means you are not banned. Its just a huge drop in the rank... It could be some penalty. Have you violated any of the Google guidelines? Check the Google webmaster tools and also the content duplication of your website or any link you posted any article supporting the link back to your website. Just email the Google if found anything by mistake it will take a week or more to review and probably will restore the website.
Since they're still showing your pages, you're not banned, but obviously have other issues which we're not privy to here. Do you have a Google Webmaster Tools account? If not, create one and link it to your Analytics account. What do your stats look like? Have they dropped off as well?
I've sent you a PM.. I really appreciate your help.. Thanks guys for helping me analyze my problem. I will be back for an update about my site.
