I have started doing SEO for the website with dynamic pages (Shopping Cart Website). so kindly tell me what are the things to be considered in on page optimization. So it will help me when I analyze my website.

I have a shopping cart website, things are little difference for dynamic websites than static websites. Do the same things as you did for your other sites. They are just the same when it comes in optimization.
Well that's true of course, but if the search engines don't feature it high in their rankings then visitors will never see it and know how great it is - that's why we have SEO isn't it?? SEO is after all search engine optimization, not visitor optimization.
Well in Dynamic site things are little different, sometimes Google can't crawl the whole data with some wrong coding and all. I had this experience earlier, that's why i'm saying this. Promoting stuff are same for dynamic site but keep tracking Google easily crawl your website or not. Submit your sitemap in Google webmaster tool.
I have both static and dynamic pages. The static ones are basically information, the dynamic ones are adverts for products. For me, the dynamic pages are deleted once the individual product (i.e. a home) is sold and a new one replaces it. So I don't really do much to optimize these, there isn't any point. I concentrate on the static pages to drive traffic to the adverts. If a site is all dynamic, I don't know how you deal with that.
It's ok. You don't edit site structure. Before, my site's #5 in google and i edit my site (site structure). About 4 hours later, my site relegated to #13.
I hope that you are talking about Ecommerce site. You should optimize each and every category and product pages also need to well optimized. You need a great visibility of the product pages. Make it more search engine friendly. Choose the right business keywords, Make unique titles and descriptions with right keyword placement. Build quality back links, use online free shopping sites. Also social media will helps to you to reach right audience.
