There are not any backlinks therefore the pr 4 will be gone at the next update which would explain the low price

100% it is a purchased domain with PR4

Name is good. PR4 is valid and price set is low.

    Aged 2 years +

One can take chances instead of starting from a new domain.

    1. I did purchase this at Go Daddy as it had PR. There is no way I can tell the same thing to Go Daddy whatever you are saying.

    2. I have purchased a lot of domains in past from many people which have lost PRs.

    3. You would have not paid me more money if the PR had increased with Google updates.

    4. We are only doing business and I am not here to promise you that you will gain and I will protect.

    5. I have not done anything unethical myself. If at all a fake PR was obtained, it may be because the previous registrant who did this.

    6. Do your homework well before buying a domain.

    7. Understand that no one will sell a domain with a very valid PR for few 10$. When you keen buying domains, few will loose PR. It has happened to me many times. I never cried foul.

Hope you understand. Else you can do all things you think it is fair.

    I think he's right .
We buy domain and web have to accept the risks.

But if i buy a domain, and some next days, its PR goes down, i'm also very bored and angry.

The mistake belongs to Google !
