It all depends on your niche and who you are marketing to. PPC, article writing, and e-mail marketing is what works for me.
I also really like this list I would also add * Video Marketing * Offline Marketing - Newspaper, classifieds * Article Syndication (not article directory marketing)
Ppl these are good methods, my personal issue with marketing is measurement / metrics. Find it hard to correctly measure what is most effective, also sometimes there is a gap after initial efforts before a flood of traffic returns. What measurement tools do you use to determine where best to focus your time and efforts!
For it is creating products and sell them, with this I build an email list which in turn brings in the money too.
i think its different for different type of keywords. and for some niches i think its really helpful to use the popular forums. you will be noticed soon and your business name will be popular just in few days if you can properly use it
Yes I agree. Article syndication (not directory submission) has worked well for us for our content rich sites. Offline marketing also good, and can sometimes be forgotten in this day and age.
I agree only about the words for SEO. It increased my traffic for 30%. And twitter posting also brins me the other half of my traffic. Articles is unique, but without SEO it brings less traffic.
If you have a website you need backlinks. With high PR backlinks you can get enough free traffic to your website. Thanks
I don't actively promote my website. I just fill it with content and let Google index it for me. WRONG! I don't do either, yet my website pays ALL of my bills for me. WRONG! There is no "best" way. ALL ways can be the best way depending on your market. WRONG! You don't NEED backlinks, although they do help any website.
