Which is the best SEO friendly Blogging Platform

Many of friend said Blogger is not the right SEO Friendly Blogging Platform.

They suggest to go for Wordpress.

Have any one faced issues with Search Engine Optimazion for blogger.

Both are good platforms. The difference is that wordpress is more easier as you just have to make use of plugins. Blogger requires editing the xml template which can get a bit complicated if you are not good in HTML coding.

 

I am a designer and developer so i can edit HTML.

 

i think both of them are good for SEO. but in wordpress, many plugin which can improve your site, but in blogspot you must understand HTML to edit that..

 

which means insite optimization is difficult compare to wordpress.It won't affect the performance.Thank you.

 

Also.. other factors like h1, h2 tags need to be manually made in blogger as compared to wordpress. The flipside with WP is that if you put in too many ads it can get you banned. Blogger on the other hand is a lot more flexible.

 

Overwhelmingly, WP is better, because it is so modular---you can find almost whatever kind of SEO-friendly template or plugin out there you want to optimize your site. Blogger has a fixed system that is difficult to adjust without a hassle.

 

Agree with you, blogger provides free hosting services.So we can't except everthing as wordpress.

 

For money making purposes WP is the only choice. However, Blogger blogs get ranked surprisingly quickly and well. They also can achieve success with search engines....It's just that when someone does visit, it's amateur hour. You COULD use Blogger to support your money blog, though.

I would suggest wordpress as well, you have more control over it.

Both WordPress and Blogger have their uses. But WordPress is more flexible.

 

Now a days google panda dropped all sites traffic, then now blogger is giving good seo platform for new sites...

 

I think Wordpress is the best blogger site and it is also SEO friendly...but we can't ignore blogger....

Both seem to be pretty good (and favored) by Google. But I'd have to give Blogger the edge, considering Google owns them. But that doesn't mean it's better. Wordpress does very well. It all depends on the webmaster, really.

 

I would suggest Wordpress since it's easier to edit. And has more plugins for SEO and rankings.

Both are best. Am using both and enjoying same benefits. Wordpress is more in use now a days, but still it doesn't means that blog spot is of no value.
