    There is definitely a problem with site load speed. I would move all code to separate files to speed things up if I were you!

    The site is simple, but that's very important. It must be easy to understand. If you don't have any foreign visitors, a translator is useless. It's just extra space. The top part might be improved though with a better looking image. Overall, try adding some useful features. Just put yourself in your visitor's place. What else would you like?

    For get more traffic, you can do seo services.
    Make your site is more attractive with the designs..
    Make more traffics..
    if you do above things sure you will get a top place in Google..also get place in alexa

    Wow, if that is your first website, then you've done a great job. My first website was nothing even close to what you have there. I would suggest to get rid of some of the links within content - the underlined coloured words look ugly and distracting. If you want to keep them, at least get rid of the colouring.
