Is it a dropped domain? Chances are the site was banned before it was left and got dropped. Also your robots.txt looks a bit messy but i don't think thats the problem.

I already checked the domain in Google it is not indexed yet I would suggest to submit your site in the search engine or other ways to index your site like RSS Submissions and Social Bookmarking this will increase your chance for faster indexing.

These are some easy steps to get indexed by Google:
    1. Ping your site. Pinging a site means to send out a signal to the search engine bots letting them know that your site is updated. Platforms like WordPress do this automatically and also offer plugins to enhance the effect. You can manually have your site pinged through the free platform Ping-O-Matic.
    2. Submit your site to search engine. Aside submitting to Google you can also submit your site to Yahoo and Bing as well.
    3.
Adding your site to Google's Webmaster Tools. This will will help your site get found very quickly. These tools offer site diagnostics and search queries. This helps you find any broken links your site may be pointing to plus much more.
    4. Create and Submit a Sitemap.

I think you have already got enough info about the issue. Please confirm whether your domain was previously owned by any spammers which have a lead Google to ban it completely from their search results like .co.cc subdomains.

If you already added your domain to Webmaster Tools (Google) as per Endless Rain's suggestion, make sure you use on top of all other tools, the "Diagnostics > Fetch as Googlebot" tool ;-)

did you buy the domain from namepros within the lat few months? it appears that the domain is 5 years old and had previous owner(s). there is a possibility that someone did something in violation to google webmaster guideline and the domain got banned by google. it will take some research to find out but for now, you can just keep building backlinks and see what happens. submit the sitemap to google webmaster tool, do some social bookmarks on high pr nad high traffic bookmarking site which should be good enough for getting the site indexed.

if you still cant get it indexed after all try, then it is a possibility that the domain is banned. in that case, you can submit a reinclusion request to google to get your site indexed. in your reinclusion request, you just tell google that you are the new owner of the domain and trying to get the site indexed.

how to file a reinclusion request: http://www.mattcutts.com/blog/reinclusion-request-howto/

also, make sure you have unique content on your site. google only indexes original content.
