Dear friend I think you made a mistake while writing your question because know about dofollow links and No follow links. DoFollow is a term that represents something that is not present on a link to a specific URL. and Nofollow is a tag that simply tells search engines not to crawl, or notice, a link on a page.
You should have at least a few nofollow links in your backlink strategy as it will look unnatural to search engines if all of your links are High PR dofollow links.If a lot of links are dofollow on a page, they get the link juice split between them. I'll talk about this in my next post.
No difference in both. But there is a difference between Do Follow and No Follow links. Do Follow gives you a good number of backlinks. No follow do not have this facility.

Nofollow are for not crawling a link by search engine. Nofollow tag we can use if we are using a link for reference not for crawl. Dofollow allow search engine to crawl links. Both are good for human traffic.
