Buying Buying co.cc Clone

    I plan to make a kind of co.cc clone. NOTE : i am not looking for URL shortener / tinyurl clone.

    But instead of the whole co.cc clone, i just need a simple PHP script that can :
    1) add a subdomain with certain nameserver, and the relation is stored on database (for example subdomain1.example.com points to ns1.example.com etc)
    2) edit subdomain with certain nameserver.
    3) delete subdomain with certain nameserver.

    The end-user interface should be simple, there are only 2 inputs on the web page :
    1) subdomain name
    2) nameserver 1, nameserver 2, ..., nameserver 3

    Note: I just need the simplest form as possible, no fancy design + no CSS at all is fine :D
    As long as it is working as i want. Functionality is the one that i need :D

    Please post here your budget.
