bringing ctr down?

If somebody is getting a ctr of 30% (both from content and search), can the moderator of the forum do more search and hit home page more so as to bring ctr % down to 10%.

I mean it will bring both adsense by content and adsense by search ctr down.

In one of my friends forum, a person who do 100 search, clicks ad 30 times. He feels 30% is risky and wants to bring it down.

    Wat you guys suggest?

Don't worry, soon enough his CTR will be 0% as he will be banned.

But how come google will know about it?

This is what my friend is doing:

He has a site with a search engine. He has hired 10 people. Every person do 100 searches with new keyword and click 30 ads.

To bring ctr down, one more hired person do lot of searches (increasing page impression) but do not click a single ad.

This way his ctr is down to 10-12 % almost everyday.

    Is that a good idea?

It's theft, and yes Google will know, in fact they probably already do and come payout time he will be banned.

    Thanks Roman.

But if my friend lets say allow 10 clicks from each of its 100 paid users, then it seems reasonable.

There is no way google will come to know that he has got paid users. Google will come to know through high ctc rate which is a biggest risk.

I am new to this.So need more knowledge whether is is a sustainble business.

It's still stealing/click fraud, even if it's just one click. He is stealing from the advertisers that pay money. Why doesn't he pay his clickers to write content instead and create a usefull website where people will come and click on their own legitemately.

Google (even all search engines) has very decisive about CLCIK FRAUDS. Just track that ip address and report to Google Spam OR write a mail to Google (PPC) team.
