Transfer Facebook Fan Pages

    Is it possible to transfer/sell Facebook Fan Pages with Thousands or Millions of Fans.
    I heard that closed accounts can be re activated with fans and sold.
    Is that possible?

    Well although it is not legal but many people do this by simply removing their self and make the person admin (whom they sold the page)

    Good answer....additional conundrum using this method
    Is the transferred page with the new admin subject to the original users actions though?

    Example
    John sells fans page to bill
    John makes bill admin
    Bill then deletes John as admin

    Isn't the fan page still sort of under johns control because bill can't actually log in to the page, he has to administer the page from an existing fb login

    I've run into this situation and while I can't directly log into the fan page, I can administer it through another facebook account....ultimately I'd like to make the page it's own fb login and page but will lose pretty much everything

    Thanks for any thoughts, finding this to be rather interesting when buying websites and there is just a fan page as opposed to the sites own page.
