There is not a compulsory that ecommerce website or other website are SEO friendly. The thing is, we have to make them SEO friendly before create or after created. So if you want to make your website SEO friendly, just go through the seo tricks and learn that, then only you can make your website SEO friendly otherwise it's tuft to make that. Thanks

E-commerce websites are quite difficult to make web friendly, as most of the ecommerce websites get hurt for dupe content... On top of that, if you make a complicated web site which is not search engine or user friendly, you are complicating things yourself.
