You might want to add more colors......maybe too much pink

 

I'd vary the shades of pink. White and basically one other color is visually unintersting. The dark pink is a nice starting point. You might scare away the guys.

You try with contrasting lime greens, or golden beige tones, to mute the pink effect.

Pink/Lime/Turquoise/Orange is always a cheerful, dynamic combo. Also, it's neither "manly" nor "girlie."

You might try to lighten the background a bit.

a little toooooo much pinks but cant suggest better slightly daltonic myself.
I think you are using css and dont have much control over the picts? the girl on the photo "Lindath" looks a little weird.
