Opt In Form Design - $25 to Winner

Hi,

Running a $25 contest.

I need an image designed that will form the base of an Email Opt In Form.

It will replace the bland Aweber opt in form currently on the Top Right Sidebar of http://www.triathlontrainingschedule.org

I've prepared a basic template - it's here: http://img690.imageshack.us/img690/1572/optinconcept.png


Opt In Image Requirements:

• Colors should be consistent with existing site but also stand out.
• The Submit button should say: Send My Free Guide
• Submit Button should be similar in style to that in the basic template I provided.
• It Should Have only one Field (for email). The Field should have the following words prepopulated: Enter Your Email Address
• Dimensions: Width 275px, Height - however tall you need it to be to fit the graphics and Header text
• Top of Image should have the following words as a headline in nice clean modern font: Free Triathlon Training Guide
• Main image in the opt in form will be of an Apple Monitor, I've attached the image I want added here. http://img33.imageshack.us/img33/7862/monitorimageconcept.jpg

-I reserve the right to cancel the contest and/or not select a winner.
-If I choose your creation I retain all rights to it.
-If I choose your creation I will pay you $25 via paypal, and get psd and .png files.

Thanks for this. It's good but it doesn't stand out quite enough. Also I dont like the heading. Its not big enough text and I dont like the font you used.

 

Just the header or all the other text?

Hi Kiran - this is my favorite so far! I would like it to stand out a bit more though.

Could you make the Send My Free Guide button bolder and a bit darker yellow - more like the color in the example I gave.

I also dont like the text font used for the Free Triathlon Training Guide headline. Can you change the font and make it stand out a bit more.

Hi - this is my second favorite so far.

I think the background to this is too plain (is it white?). Id like it to be a slightly different color so its not white.

Same with the background to the headline. I'd like it a different color and perhaps a couple of shades different from the main background color.

 

Feedback please, anything can be changed
