Islamabad, Pakistan, news foreign minister said that Pakistan has made some extraordinary progress by madding one of the world smartest nuclear tactical device.

This was done ages ago by the Russian and their nuclear briefcases . So unless your can fit into a small purse there is nothing special to it .

 

Just out of curiosity, what will Pakistan do with the EXTRA ORDINAIRE NUCLEAR TACTICAL DEVICE.

How is it that the creators of the worlds "smartest" nuclear device can't seem to use proper spelling or grammar in their English press releases? Seems the creators of something so smart would have something as simple as a foreign language down pat. Either that or that whole press release was put out by people who want to beat their women in peace, thinking it might scare someone.
