You seem to have pretty good skills that are hot in demand. I will advice you get started with micro worker, fiverr and something of that nature and start offering your services. You can partially promote your services in forums, social networking like facebook and twitter. When the money start coming you can invest it for more returns.
I'd check out the Bell, Sell and Trade section of DP. You'll find a number of jobs going that fit your skill set.
That's the advice I'd give. People are chasing after freelancers with these skills these days, so there's money to be made there!
