Is open.dapper.net still functioning?

    Is open.dapper.net still functioning? I use it to scrape content from various websites and transform them into a RSS Feed but for the last couple of weeks all my dapps have stopped producing any output whatsoever and now the dapp factory page won't even load.
    Does anyone know WTF is up with them?
