Seeksky.com directory for sale (traffic & earnings)

Up for sale is my directory seeksky.com.

Earnings:
It has been up for 1.5 months and has earned $17.87 from yearly featured links and about $3.00 from adsense and adbrite. Here is a screen shot of paypal earnings from featured links. I didnt bother with adsense and adbrite because it isn't really much. I can include that information if needed.



Traffic
November daily unique visitors average about 101 and daily page views are about 475. I have not done any promotion other than listing it here on DP. The traffic is primarily word of mouth and could surely be increased with some promotion. Traffic has been steadily increasing since launch.



Pagerank
The domain has been PR3 but has been bouncing between 0 and 3 since the last update. Some DC servers show 3 and others show 0. I am not really certain why.

Alexa
Alexa Ranking is 350,539.

Why am I selling?
I tried a directory for something different but I really enjoy running sites that are related to my hobbies. I would rather devote time to that.

Features
This directory has a custom skin and currently uses adbrite and adsense. Many shared hosting servers are blocked from using the PHPLD integrated PR calculator so this site includes a custom script that can be ran any time to update PR. I have set up the mod_rewrite for SEO friendliness. This directory runs on PHPLD 2.0 and requires PHP and MySQL on a linux server to run properly. There are almost 2200 links in the database.

Terms
Winner of this auction must keep existing featured links until subscription ends. There are about 17 featured links that all end within 1 year. The other featured links are my sites and I will remove them prior to transfer of site.

Domain
The domain is registered at Godaddy.com until August 4th, 2007. I will push to your Godaddy account for free.

Just couple of questions before I bid.

When you say 17 featured links, do you mean the $1.99 links as priced on the submit page? Is it $1.99 for 1 year only?

And I'm not too familiar with the concept of pushing a domain and taking over a site so would you provide some assistance with this? If its a simple process then thats fine but I don't want to bid if theres a chance that the site doesnt transfer because of my lack of technical knowledge.

Yes there are 17 links that have been sold for 1 year. They were priced at $0.99 but I bumped them up to $1.99. The $1.99 is for one year only. Also, on the paypal you will notice a payment of $6.00. That was a direct payment for 6 featured links at the $0.99 price.

Pushing the domain is no big deal. You just have to create an account with Godaddy and I push it to your account. If you need help setting the site up on your server I can assist you with that.
