Selling Well Established Niche Site...

I have a niche site dealing with apparel coupons that is over a year old and well established. This site averages $1 a day and some days $5 + but i just don't have time
for it anymore and it's got to go. I can email the statistics from the past year and you can see it used to make $300 + monthly and now it averages $30 monthly. I have
not advertised or bought links for this site in months so with a little push it will be back to well over $100 monthly. I will not post the url here because I know the voltures
are looking for a free ride and it will saturate the site. If you are truly interested i will email you the excel of the stats. I will also throw in a fairly new site that i haven't had
