Alterpay could not process Visa and MasterCard?

I tried to verify Alterpay account using Visa card but got this error?

Due to temporary difficulties we cannot process MasterCard/Visa transactions at this time. Please try again later, or use an American Express card.

When this temporary difficulties will be over?

 

Heh , they have some "small" problems with Visa & MC. If I'm not mistaken , It's already taking 2 months ?

 

2 months already? So this should be serious problem.
And what happen if I could not verify my card?

Dude, alertpay can't resolve situation with Visa or MC , ok ok , mb they will resolve it for hmmm ~1 month period , but they will have it again 100%.
If you will take look at history , they had the same problem 6 months ago, and now, the reason is only one.
