Everybody says that submitting "one article content in different article directories will count as Duplicate content" So what is your suggestion for the Social Bookmarking and Directory Submission in these also we submit same description, keywords in so many Social Bookmarking sites and Directory submitting sites.... So, will search engines spider count social bookmarking and directory submission content as duplicate? Hope all have understood my question?
Well i have one suggestion, focus on quality posting instend of quantity. If you randomly change the title, keywords and description while posting anywhere. Output comes very positive. Believe me. Don't try post duplicate content again and again. Post less but quality posting.
According to me when you submitting one article content in different article directory, it means it will count as a copied content not a duplicate content.
But it is not possible to change again and again the description and keywords because all the SEO's have to do lot of submission daily and some have target as well so how to cop with this issue.... you are right as well praveen

Only post 2-3 daily, don't be so aggressive in posting. Use your skills to change titles, keywords and description. Randomly change it, shuffle key keywords. Do whatever but do right and do quality level work.
Social bookmarking signals are looked at differently as compared to article directories. The logic is simple. Article directories consists of full text's and this is where Google can see how much of it is unique and how much of it is duplicated. Social bookmarks on the other hand require just a description and always has an outbound link to the main URL. Therefore there is no penalty of any sort. In fact you can publish duplicated copy on your website as well. As long as it has a source keyword with URL pointing to the actual site, Google will not penalize you.
I think you can submit a topic in various websites. No duplications will be made for search the items.
Yes this content duplicate because every article have contain unique keyword so you should use same article submission different article list some article search your submissions only one place then approve.
