Have another question: How you get payed for a domain sale? Do you get payed only for premium sales, only for referrals or by both?

I'm having the same issues since the new look of the web page.Raise a ticket and ask me to monitor for the next 48 hours if not raise another ticket again.I have been with this problem on and off for the past 1 week +. I'm premium member, tell me what can I do? removed all the download manager still the same. please advise.

 

If you open an Affiliate ticket you should get a response within a few hours Include the IP address as it shows on the page.

As you asked, I opened an affiliate ticket with my strange problem, that if I delete any of my files after one minute it appeared as a new DMCA deleted files. I wrote a ticket with this (Request #197229) but Marco didn't understand my problem (he said: "These files are in your deleted files for DMCA") and closed my request...

I tried again meanwhile and the result is the same: when I delete something from my folders after one minute it appeares into my "Deleted files" space with the false "reason" : DMCA. So it's a bug in this new layout and sould to be fix.

Could you ask the IT guys with this bug?

EDIT: I checked again and my request came back from "solved" to "Open requests" again...

when I access my account from my iPad, I'm not able to select the drop down menu where I can choose to logout or affiliate account. Thanks.

 

FYI, Remote upload from Dropbox currently not working.. Status shows as "Pending" and does not change.

 

Same with Sendspace to FileSonic.

Hi, I hold a regular account on filesonic and have been unable to connect to the site for a the past 4-5 days. I have no idea why this is happening, but my guess is that my IP is being blocked for some reason. I cannot connect to the website at all so I can't ask for support anywhere but here. Could somebody please assist me with resolving this issue.
