Hello all! I am looking around for the best email hosting provider, I need a provider that has clean IP's and does pretty well with bulk emails, I should mention that I'm talking about cold emailing not emails from people who have subscribed. I am looking to send out about 400 emails an hour, i was thinking a dedicated server maybe but from who? If not dedicated than who else, someone who specifically hosts emailing? Thanks for all your help!
One problem for you is this is pure spamming, clean IPs will still get blacklisted pretty fast. I doubt you can use them for long without being blacklisted or banned.
Not going to happen. Nobody is going to allow you to spam on their servers and get their IPs blacklisted.
Not to be rude but seems like somewhat of a silly question from someone who claims to be an "SEO Expert". Have you ever heard of a company being pro-spam? I hope not.
