Selling 3 travel/airport related websites for sale with great potential. All unique content.

I am selling 3 of my websites due to a lack of time and moving on to new, offline projects.
They are available for sale either individually or as a job lot for a reduced price.
All 3 websites have been built using the incredibley easy to use software WYSIWYG Web Builder (as seen at http://www.wysiwygwebbuilder.com/ )
Of course you either have the option to keep the sites as they are with this software and develop them with it, or you can change this to suit yourself. The only stipulation of the sale is that 1 or 2 of the sites may have a couple of existing text links running on them which will need to remain for the period that the client has paid for. Once this time is over you can either remove them altogether or offer the client a new contract. I believe there are only 2 or 3 overall on all sites and they only have 18 months at the most to run.
The 3 sites were primarily built to earn money through adsense, and they have done so over the past year or so with differing success rates. They have also had some success with other affiliate marketing methods such as commission from sales earnt through voucher codes and text links/banners listed on the sites. A few people have expressed an interest and subsequently purchased advertising space on the sites without me even approaching them first!
The 3 sites are;
East-midlands-airport-parking.org (PR1)
Primarily listing the different car parking companies available to those wanting to park their car at East midlands Airport.
Since its launch in around May this year (2011), this site has earnt a total of £58 from adsense alone, along with approximately £130 from affiliate sales. This has been achieved despite a relatively small number of visitors. Conversion rates appear to be very high for this site, and with adsense clicks averaging between 0.40p – 0.60p per click, this site could be an absolute goldmine for someone willing to put the effort in to increasing its traffic. The topic for this site was chosen due to weak competition for various keywords on the subject and also a large amount of searches for those terms. East midlands airport serves a huge area of the midlands and as a result is one of the busiest airports in the UK. The potential with this site is huge!
I’m looking for £250 for this website if sold on its own.
Manchester-airport-parking.org (PR1)
This is the sister site of the above. It has the same great potential, but has had much less work done on the design and marketing of the site overall. Having said this, the cost per click on this site is around the same as the site above, sometimes a little more. It has even more potential to bring someone with the time a great income, as Manchester airport is a larger and busier airport than East midlands. This is also reflected in the searches people make for this term – take a look!
I have added plenty of unique content to this site, but it does need bringing on. The site has made £17 in adsense since its launch at the same time as the East midlands site, but having said this it has had much less traffic. The reason I have concentrated more on the East midlands site is because of the fact that I live in Nottingham and have more knowledge of the airport in general. This does not mean that the Manchester site has less potential than the East midlands one – in fact it has more!
If sold on it’s own, I’d like £200 for this site.
London-hotels-heathrow.com (PR2.)
This site is another airport related website, but this time focusing on Heathrow hotels. This is a well searched for term and payment per clicks on adsense is good (around the same as East midlands airport site). The site has earnt around £15 from adsense this year, but just really needs bringing on with a cleaner design, some link building and a bit more content. Take a look at the searches made for related terms on this one, this site has huge potential if someone can get it in the right place on Google!
For this site, I’d like £150 if sold on its own.

If anyone would like to purchase all 3 sites, I would take £550 for them. I’d like to point out that all design is in your hands once the transfer has taken place and although I will give you advice if you need it for the first month after the purchase on the use of the WYSIWYG web builder, I will not be able to do any design work for you unless paid an hourly rate to do so. You will also be responsible for making sure that all adsense and affiliate codes are changed over to your own once the site is in your hands. Sorry if that sounds mean, but I have a family and a new business to launch and not a lot of spare time on my hands 
These sites all contain unique content written by myself and should make a nice little project for anyone interested in the travel industry or in fact just anyone looking for a great topic for an adsense site. They have so much potential to earn through both adsense and other types of affiliate marketing, but really need a good home with someone with the knowledge of how to get them seen well in Google!
