You can check the total back links of your competitor website by using backlinkwatch tool. It will give you the list of back links even you can also compare Alexa and page rank of the website. If the your competitor website having low Alexa rank and high page rank than you, it means your competitor website get more traffic than your website but you can't get the actual traffic report.

It is not possible that you can check all where the traffics of your competitors come from, you can only check them by using keywords in some tools to check them.

You could try Compete for your competitor's traffic, but it only shows you the US traffic unless you upgrade

This is quite true. And not just Alexa, even Google will not show the accurate data. You are best off mixing all these together. You can try Opensiteexplorer (a registered account will show more backlinks + unlimited queries).

It's impossible to find out exactly how much traffic your competitors. But Alexa.com can give you some information about comparative data, but they will never give you the exact amount of traffic that your competitors. How many traffic they receive.

You can get a hint of what they might be possibly getting.. That's just your opinion on it though. You can't find out the exact number

Thanks for the explanation. I've been doing this for a long time just to know what my competitors are doing.
