Moneybookers Locked my account, Help??

    Hi guys!
    MB just banned my account for providing incorrect Birthdate over and over [I was providing the correct date but it would show me that it is incorrect] so now they have locked it and require my passport/National Id card. I provided them my passport Image but haven't received any email from them nor have they unlocked my account. So, it would be highly appreciated if you guys help me out with this one.

    Usually Moneybookers take a bit of long time to send a reply. It may take few weeks to check the identity. Please try to call them.

    We hope you understand that Moneybookers Ltd. has a strict.Hear nothing from them for a month, no response from support.They locked my account and I sent ID over a month ago and can't get any response from them.

    You would definitely here from them. Their support is a bite slow but they more than always get back to you .

    I would say the only thing you can do is get in contact with customer support and explain the situation with them as they are the only people who can sort it all out for you.

    I contacted them and provided my passport scanned image, Then i received an email telling me that my account has been unlocked but it is still locked what should I do?

    contact again to them as their would be some problem. Their reply always slow but they will solve the problem.

    Well Fortunately My account has been unlocked and I am really thankful to all you guys for your suggestions and help.
    Thank you Everyone specially dir18 for telling me to tweet them, it worked and i got response pretty quick.

    MB is bad. they blocked my account . Ask for id . ok? I have send to them alrealy but they said dont see anything . lol. my balance is 40$ still 2 yeras . Bad services.

    u want to say that moneybookers locked your account with 40$ for 2 years ?
    r u still can log in your account ?
    if yes raise a support ticket it should be released now
