Detailed info in Country (Paid Downloads) stats is missing for some files.

 

Did they move the payment day to wednesday?

 

Is sorting by date fixed? Or I need to open affiliate ticked to fix it for my account? I see it shows some file uploaded today and I didn't upload anything.

 

Both have been known to block us, but please open an affiliate ticket so we can take a look.

Actually, I uploaded that files before and File Manager shows it as today. I think that dates on all my files are messed up. I'll open affiliate ticket.

Download managers are the most common issues as if they fail to login they will keep trying and get your IP blocked, check you login information in any program you are using, also make sure it is updated

You can open a affiliate account on the Filesonic helpdesk page with all your login information and we will look at your account

I've been using Filesonic for the past few months and the pass 2 days I'm getting an error called - " We have detected some suspicious behaviour coming from your IP address (XXX.XX.XX.XX) and have been temporarily blocked."

I have submitted this report but I haven't got any reply from the Helpdesk. Still this My Blocked IP is not lifted. I'm unable to download or upload any thing. I have tried rebooting my router and but still receive the same error again and I'm not using a proxy server.

Please help.

make a ticket and remember to choose account type as affiliate only then hish/marco will correct your problem quicky , mention your ip in your ticket too
