    add some content

    get visitors and then submit to adsense and then get approved

    I got approved on adsense by creating a blog with 4 pages Homepage, Contact Us, About Us and Privacy Policy. Then I add 6 contents on my blog ping them and I signed up for Adsense. It took 1 week to get approved by adsense. Hope that helps.

    After that promote your website using different ways and also use good SEO techniques.

    I think you should make a website about how to get approved for adsense. And then lots of blog posts about how to make $5 a day, or $2 a day, or $9.73 a day, and how to increase your CTR to 43.9%, and ... and ...

    First of all there are lots of "how to get adsense" threads which you can find by using search feature, secondly to get adsense you have to go through twin approval process now, which has been recently introduced by google, first of all get some blog and write unique content, add some quality pages like, about, contact us, disclaimer, privacy policy.. Atleast post one or two articles daily for atleast one week and then apply for google adsense, at first they will review your application, if you get approval then you will get the account access but ad serving won't be allowed until they approve your initial blog/website, that is called twin approval, getting adsense is not difficult, enjoy adsense, best of luck
