Best Incentive CPA Affiliate Program

Hello,

I signed up with maxbounty because they provide Incentive-based CPA offers (meaning offers that I am allowed to provide an incentive for my visitors if they complete them). My programmer has been having difficulty implementing their coding and their support has not responded after several attempts over the past 3 weeks so I am giving up on them. I highly recommend NOT using maxbounty because they have been no help, unresponsive and in my opinion, do not deserve business with this type of service.

Does anyone know what the best Incentive CPA Affiliate Program is? Thanks
