Selling Established amazon monetized site!

This is a great website and it has little traffic and some backlinks , i attached the GA with the auction.
UV per month : 80
Pageviews per month : 125

The site currently runs on wordpress and itablet theme is installed and the site gets some traffic as i done some backlinks on some sites.
The site is monetized with amazon just now and till now got 2 conversions in amazon totalling 8$ profit , see screenshot below.

The site is great and lots of potential , if you place adsense on the site you can easily earn about 0.10 per day , but i cannot place as i do not have adsense account.

The Domain is registered on Domaincentral and hosting is lacehost.

This site got registered on Sep 30th 2011. how did you managed to get such low Alexa ranking, i mean you did you had to work alot on the site?

 

did advertising some myself and lot of work done by friend, he did seo on the site i am not sure as i just gave him the site and told to do seo and not talked with him as he is not much online since then.
