Finally i got my two transactions reversed and got around 135 $ back in to my acccount... However these mistakes do yield in many side effects. Losing Peace sleep n what not.....

A Processor should be a role model than simply doing brainless acts...

I was denied many a disputes earlier. sooner r later i will post all transactions which alertpay staff did not respond well.... I think we sufferes need to get compensated for wrongfulacts

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting AlertPay's Resolutions department.

Please note that the seller in question is evidently facing some issues a this time. Their account does not contain sufficient funds to issue refunds at this time, however we wish that you would attempt to contact the seller in the meantime and try to resolve this issue directly with them. In the meantime while our investigation and funds recovery is in progress you may attempt to contact the seller once again. If the seller fails to respond and address your issue within the next following 3 business days, reply to this email to receive further assistance.

    Hello truong1603hd,

If you would like to integrate our buy now buttons on your website, the first step would be to submit the website for review. This process is meant only for Personal Pro and Business account holders who want to sell their goods and/or services online.
Submitting your website/business for review is simple and fast. Just follow these instructions:

    1. Login to your AlertPay account.
    2. Click on “Profile”.
    3. Under “Business”, click on “Websites”.
    4. Click on the orange “Add Website” button
    5. Fill in the questionnaire’s required fields and click on “Send”

Allow 1 to 4 days before a decision is made.

    Best regards

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting AlertPay's Resolutions department.

After examining this specific case and the seller's Terms of Service, the Resolutions Department has decided that your claim is justified; However, our recovery efforts have not been successful. We are still working on recovering the funds. If successful, we will contact you and attempt to provide you with a refund. At this point the seller's account does not contain sufficient funds to give you a refund.

When you engage in a transaction, you accept a seller's Terms of Service, which is applied at all times. For future transactions, we ask you to closely review your seller's Terms of Service prior to making a purchase. Please refer to our User Agreement for more information:

    Hello money$maker,

We have been looking into instating such a service but in the meantime this is not an option we currently provide. Once we anticipate the release of such service, we will defiantly be posting an article on the matter. Feel free to have a look at the current articles we have published on our blog. www.blog.alertpay.com .
