Someone is posting comments on myspace and that comment is on over 500 profiles now and it says : " Visit my site www.xxxxxxxxx.com and click on my ads" xxxxxx.com is just example and not my actual site. Well google contacted me about this today and i have sent them email explaining the situation but i dont think they will help me in this.

Please give me advice on what should i do. Is there something i can do to remove all the live links in myspace. Is there anything i can do to protect my account. I cannot afford to remove ads from that site either :) Please help thanks

Remove all your ads from the site mentioned and try to "wait" it out.

Thanks, I have done that and i am waiting but i dont think it is possible to send a message to every profile owner to remove those kind of comments and nor it seems to convince google because they will not let me put my ads until all of that is removed ( Told by my programmer ) I have emailed google and lets see what they say but i am not expecting anything better.
I cannot afford to get that domain banned :)

If i find out who is that MF i am going to take legal action against him. I am still searching and have found few suspects but not sure yet so i will keep looking until i find something thats right.

lol as i said i cannot afford to get that domain disabled :(

I am not sure so i will not name anyone but 3 of the suspected people are members. I often suspect everyone and then verify until i get to one person in any case like this :)

I would have thought an obvious step was to contact MySpace and report the malicious user. For sure the user will have multiple accounts etc but their IP can be tracked (possibly, MySpace is a shite site so maybe not) and all linked accounts shut down. If it turned out that you were bluffing you'd be hurt too so MySpace would have a basis for trusting you.

I am more worried that if there is nothing that can be done Everyone here is at risk. All you need is a myspace bot and account with couple of hundred friends to ban anyone. Thats just plain horrible  there must be something to protect publishers who are honest.

Forget about that, they will never reply.

Myspace gets like a milion emails a day and pay no attention to them, just take a look at the complaints at their forum

Because you will sue them for allowing malicious content on their site and not taking appropriate action after a complaint is made.

All depends on how deep your pockets are but with what's at risk a lawyers letter or 2 shouldn't cost too much and will get them to take you seriously. Lawyers will write letters even if they think you won't succeed in court because often the bluff is enough to acheive the result you're looking for.

Well to be honest, it sounds like you really pissed someone off for them to attempt to sabotage you like that. Think back to your last few days and maybe you can figure out who you must have really REALLY ticked off for them to seek such grand revenge against you. They didn't just post your url and the message, but I'm sure they were the one who "reported" you to Adsense.

Just sent a final notice to myspace with the help of my attorney. My attorney has given them 72 hours to remove all those comments or we will proceed with legal action. Hopefuly they will remove it and if they dont then you might see me on news ;)

I think removing the ads is the best thing you could do for now. Now that google is aware of the situation, they might be more understanding, but you will need to remove the content sooner or later.
