Hello Hish,

since 4 days now I can't use Filesonic anymore,because I always get this message "file sonic We have detected some suspicious behaviour coming from your IP address", I already opened a ticket but get no reply.

I opened a ticket and it still has the stays not assigned (or something similar). Can you help me with this issue?

I don't have any sale in last two days after the new layout.Is this just bad luck or what.Can you guys tell me how your stats are going?

 

My long term sales have dropped, only one month sales. even if my avarage didn't dropped much I've been uploading things that should have sell much more. I beleive we should also consider the holiday season effect.

 

I dint like new layout its suck old one 10x better than new one I really dont get why people try to get thire website worse

 

But i think holiday bring more sales.By the way how many sales do you have?

FS to WU not working, remote

 

My FilePost Remote Upload Problem Not Yet Solved Now, 4 Days Already Passed, Its not Nice to Repeat Something Again & Again, But When Someone Makes Filehost Primary, He Eagerly Wants the Problem solving,

 

FS to WU not working, remote ..CAN U FIX THIS PLEASE!

 

Maybe it's due to fileposts crappy servers....

a server with 15 kb/sec upload and download speed,can not handle with that much data.
use filepost for pictures only

 

2 / day in average but this kink of files use to bring me 6-8 sales. Maybe I'm out of luck or we did sold premium accounts to everyone.

 

Maybe you can ban this dude too if you ever get the time as messaging you with support tickets don't work. Been months no reply.

How do you find out the number of files within a folder now?

 

if so, then Ofcourse its Impossible to Upload anything from FSC to FP, but FSC to FP Works Fine, there is some problem with filesonic, & hish accept that, waiting for Hish Answer & Problem solvings,

 

same with me bro no sale for these two days maybe its a vocation time so more users are going to enjoy the Christmas day.

I'm encountering problem when trying to log-in to my account.
The error message I encounter:
"We have detected some suspicious behaviour coming from your IP address (xx.xx.xx.xx XFF: xx.xx.xx.xx) and have been temporarily blocked.
Reason code: 9999"
Any Idea why is this happening and How to resolve this

about the new layout, its really great and looks more professional than before (doesn't look like make money website)

but like to see some changes though..

1. when moving files from MyFiles to subfolders.. the sub menu in move popup box shows the folder names short, not full folder names, its difficult to know which folder is which.. for example..

"Website Design - Project One" and "Website Design - Project Two"

now its shows only "Website Design - Project" < in One and Two places shows > "..."

previous layout it was showing full folder name..

and

2. also in Move popup box, can you please change the "Move" button in different place .. like..



its because.. always have to scroll down to click the move button.. if the folders and sub-folders are many.. its kinda annoying and to be honest I am lazy to scroll down coz used to previous layout.

if possible, please make this changes..

ive only had 21 files downloaded today yesterday was 51 and just off the off chance i started downloading one of my files on premium and guess what im downloading at 40kbs
slowwww that will explain no downloads since what you doing to the servers hish replly
