well i tought that sales droped everywhere with the new design but it looks like it's just on my side..just please if it can be done make description on the download links to be visible on the download page ( on the i button is hard to notice )

PS: you still let me worry about affiliate if it will still exist in the future or not

I'm really not so sure. I see a lot of complains about sales decrease here and also at popular russian forum. Everybody is writing adout sales decrease. The same way and I. Very bad day for me.

"Broken Plugin" and "Invalid Account Logins", that's what I get when I try to RU to FS from HF. From time to time, it works. Damn, I hate Hotfile so much

HF to FServe: doesn't work at all (IP blocked)
HF to FF: no way (IP blocked)
HF to FP: doesn't work
HF to UL: doesn't work
HF to DF: dead end

So, last resort, I'm gonna use the "Hammer of Dawn" to catch the proper link : a packet sniffer

How can you search for particular files? The search function is totally not working. Also you can't copy files to same folder anymore. This new layout is very confusing and cumbersome. Takes 10 steps to do everything now.

 

Please open an affiliate ticket and explain the issue you are having with the search function. I just tested and it works fine. The same with copy.

The copy function seems to be working again but how do I search for a file? Do I use the box in the upper right? When I enter a name and pick the folder nothing happens. Can't click on anything.

 

thanks hish to answer my questions, btw u could have implemented this new layout after christmas so that u can have bug free and complain free holidays , but now i guess u have to work during holidays which sucks

my account was working fine earlier today and now when i try to log in it says "Unexpected error during process Authentication: - No user found with such email." i don't know why ? i am an affiliate and you treat your affiliate like that closing accounts without even w warning or asking about the problem ?

If your sales have dropped recently then it's probably down to the time of year (Christmas) and will probably get better again in a week or two.

I thought i wouldn't get many sales this week so opted for PPD... might have been a mistake though lol...



I'm happy with my download stats though.

I was having the same problem but I just refreshed and it's back and they also fixed the Sort By Date issue,atleast on my end.

That was my only big issue with the new look.

Hello,

I'm under PPD. Under "Advanced statistics" I used to see countries from where I'm getting from. It's not possible since some days. It's showning NO DATA AVAILABLE

I hope FS tech team will fix it. It's important for me to know countries where I'm getting sales from so I can decide when I'm going to switch to PPS.
