I am having a problem with my premium about for a week now, every time i want to download anything or browse filesonic i have this message: "We have detected some suspicious behaviour coming from your IP address (******** XFF: **********) and have been temporarily blocked. Reason code: 9999 Please Enter Captcha: " Every time i enter the captcha i get redirected to a blank page. Will you fix it and leave my account alone and don't display that damn message again? I sent you my login info in the pm that you didn't read yet which has the address "For the love of God fix my account"

Thanks for your reply, but i can't browse any page of the site, it directs me to the same page over and over. Is there any other support member here is the forum?
