Im not a big fan of the alligment on your page, but thats just me, i think you should change the logo aswell, too colorful

As everyone said, you have to seriously consider changing your template.Get a premium one maybe or you could even hire a designer to touch this one up.
Logo's also too colorful....should consider changing it to a simpler but better one.
I am not a fan of the posts also, they lack depth......

 

Nice, clean layout and the colour scheme isn't that bad.

 

Dude, there are a lot of better Blogger templates out there... The theme looks a bit out-dated... fonts used are terrible
