    How much does a site cost if it is:

    Only Pagerank 3
    Only 7 months old
    But have more than 3000+ pages. All indexed by Google.
    With Forum including members area - With 936 posts and counting.
    With a special page of Photoshop Tutorials with more than 800+ tutorials, each tutorial is seperated in two pages so a total of 1,600 pages.
    With Articles/Blog - Great Writings. 7 articles. Each article have more than 300+ words.
    With Gallery/Photo Album - With more than 140+ photos
    With Facebook Fanpage - 300+ fans
    With Twitter - 200+ followers

    WITH A WEBSITE BUILDER

    WITH FREE 2 WEBSITES: DIRECTORY SITE AND JOB OFFERING SITE. The 2 free site is also listed in the search engines.

    Kindly give me an advice on the prize. thank You!

    Hi,

    A pagerank of 3 in only 7 months is very impressive, the site must have some amazing and resourceful content.

    As for the indexed pages, forum posts, tutorials, articles, gallery and facebook/twitter fans/followers I would probably pay in the region of $250/$300.

    Well, it depends on the site's SE traffic (percentage), Monthly expense, Monthly revenue and quality of the script (scalability, security, easiness to use, reliability, and flexibility).

    + the same things for the two free sites you're getting.

    May range between $500 to $3000 (DP members sometimes try to get things for free or at least nearly free! So you may not get fair price estimate here)

    You can get more specific price estimate if you can show the site.
