When I am really frustrated I go online on a gaming site such as Yahoo Games and play games where I have to shoot or blast off stuff. My personal favorite is Naval Command but sometimes even playing a few games of pool does the trick. I also listen to music when I am frustrated and write poems/songs about it.
At the time of frustration I feel lonely. So, I keep nothing in my mind. At that time, it remains blank and I keep it fully in rest position.
When I get frustrated, then I would calm myself by traveling to places far away from the crowds of people. After that I'll get back to work
I overcame the frustration by drinking a cup of warm coffee, because it makes my body became more calm.
When I am frustrated, I take a break and come back to it later. If it does not get me anywhere and I still can not figure it out, I ask for help from someone.
