Buying Magento plugin developer need from Est Europe or Philippines

    Hi,
    Need a skilled magento programmer for a on going project. The magento programmer must be able to develop Magento plugin. I am not looking beginner.

    XXXX Please DO NOT PM me if you are not experience. XXXX

    The programmer must be located in East Europe or in Philippines.

    He/she must have 2/5 years experience. Able to meet date line, have good understanding of project details.

    Must have 7 or more positive itraders.

    PM me with your portfolio. Without the portfolio it will be time wasting

    Stay away from this guy, he is a cheater, I paid $150 for the project and he did not deliver anything
