boxer126 makes a great point, some people will notice if it's an original template to a system. You should try and customize it. Although the default looks cool, it's part of the sales process, you'd be less keen to purchase a system with an ugly default template. Otherwise than that, its a decent logo, and I see you tried to customize the footer but unfortunately made it look out of proportion with the rest of the design. You've got to stand out from the crowd, good luck.

 

You seem to be too harsh, the site is alright, it's not a big problem, if the author has used the just the template, and he's opened this thread to find out, what upgrades to implement, I really don't think it's necessary to change the whole thing

Yes it is the default template and yes I am looking for ways in which it can be improved.

 

Too harsh? He asked for criticism. He DID NOT design anything on the site. It's a cookie-cutter default template that COMES WITH the script! It's not his design! Don't you understand that? He did ZERO work on the site. I own arcades and when people want to exchange links, the first thing I look at is if they took the time to make it unique. If they did not, then what makes me think they will take the time to make it a quality experience for their users? I would NEVER send my users to a site that uses a default template, because, ANYONE can buy a script and put it online. I'm not sorry for being harsh. If you are a lazy webmaster, you will never get anywhere. Especially these days, where competition is high and only getting higher.

 

Great site for a nice little niche.

You may want to take out the snow. If I had a low quality computer that couldn't play real pc games and just wanted "light" games I might try your site and the snow could cause screen lag.

Also I don't see the rating for the game properly in Chrome. I see a joystick with a number and then 5 dots next to it.

 

Good design but I definitely would not be thinking of shoving a tacky banner ad right in the middle, before the visitor scrolls down.

I would put a header near or close to your banner ad, the site being blacks looks very dull and I think some brighter colors would draw in more people.
