Yep it's great for loosing a lot of time to find the right person only to find out that he /she is a amateur with little skills . Outsourcing sucks 90% of the time .

 

Depends really, I have had hit's and misses. Some of them are great, but some of them are terrible for the same rates ~ 4.00/hr. If you have time to look around then do so, if you are not in that position then use your time to do something else.

 

Yep, thats the key finding the right person, once you have someone reliable and hardworking make sure you treat thm right and hold onto them because they are hard to come by.

My advice would be not to skimp on the writer you choose. Pay well for good results! A native English speaker is worth the extra.
