    1. 2 years SEO experience
    2. Can perform profile & forum posting link building
    3. Ability to buy and negotiate links from different sources
    4. Perform directory & article submission
    5. High availability. Skype ready

    'i am the va you are looking for' I can do this for you though let me know how many links your looking to buy per month (or do you want me to recommend what we should buy) and what type of budgte do you have to buy links.
